Century Arms AKMS-47 with ar fix sight set up

so heres what i ordered last night. for the polish akms 47. Im trying to set up an ar type sighting system. I love iron sights (specifically AR sights) and wanted the modularity the Ultimak gas tube rail system and TWS dog leg scope rail had to offer. also i will be taking off the front sight assembly like in this ak bull pup modification.

UltiMAK Mount, Style-1, Black $105
Dog Leg Scope Rail-Gen2 $150
LMT-Rear $60
Hogue OverMolded Pistol Grip $23
i havent bought the front sight yes as i found this picture and am still debating the best front sight to go with my rear sight. the offset from the front ulti rail to the rear dog rail isnt that much but from this picture you can tell that the two rail systems are slightly offset and not completely flush. any ideas on this dilema? and id love suggestion for mil spec front sights that would work with this set up. preferably fixed but im open to flips too!
