Anyone thinking about trying out a UTG AK rail but is iffy about the $60, take a look here:

http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.41796

$26 shipped straight from Hon Kong and under a different name. I'm quite sure it's the exact same model as UTG, same panel covers and everything.

I've never ordered anything but flashlights, but plenty of people here and candlepowerforums will atest that yes, it's reliable although it might take a while to get since they ship from Hong Kong

It came in today... for the money I paid, I'm happy. Couldn't tell a difference between this and the real thing. (minus the lack of utg logos)

Ive ordered from Deal Extreme numerous times for Knifes and Flashlights, takes a long time to ship but they are an honest company. There Cree LED lights are amazing.

Funny thing is that this IS UTG. UTG is an airsoft company AFAIK.

It started out as airsoft, but alot of the stuff they make it 'weapon' grade now. It is what it is, lower quality weapon components. Some stuff I will use, most of it I wouldn't.

I doubt this is made in the same facility as the UTG rails since they are being sold out of Hong Kong. UTG now makes their AK (as well as most of their AR it seems) rails in the US so they can be used as compliance parts. (going by their website)
