How to clean cosmo out of polymer mags?

Is the best way just to let them sit in the sun? It's the middle of the winter here and I'm not sure if that'll work. Any other ways you guys prefer?
ETA: Nevermind, it just looked like cosmo. They were just a bit greasy and needed a wipe down.

The ones I've cleaned were steel, but I just sprayed them with WD-40 and wiped them off good. Would think it would work the same with polymer mags.
