I am planning on buying an ak in the near future looking for bulk deals on ammo. Cabela's has a deal right now if you spend over $99 your shipping is .50 cents. Also the price on 7.62x39 fmj from herters is 119.99 (on sale) for 500 rounds and for a 1000 round 229.99. Your 500 round includes 1 dry box 1000 rounds includes 2 dry boxes. That shipping deal ends on the 20th.

Oh I don't know about that... I got 1180 rounds of 7.62x39 FMJ Herters for $189.00 last year including sales tax. I had some $ off coupons and they were on sale. The Mgr didn't want to allow me to use all 4 couplons at the same time.....but the cashier said "screw him, he's jerk". She let me use all 4of the couplons and let me use my Cabella's bucks too.
Last time i bought bulk ammo i got a good deal off CTD.
You don't by chance have any wood crates with two of those cans each containing 550 cartridges on stripper clips priced at $ 75.00 a crate, do you?

Yes, but I bought the 1100rd Chi-com crates in 1999 and my time machine broke so there is no way for me to go back for more at that price
