Looking for a particular type of blanks in 7.62x39mm

I bought a box of them last year but cannot remember where I bought it from. They came in a 40 round cardboard box. The box says:

40 rds

7,62mm CARTRIDGE BLANK

PPU 8003 Powder MBL 80107

These things are incredibly loud and make a great fireball. They're good for launching spent shotgun shells off the muzzle. I want more of them; where can I get them?
