After using corrosive rounds. Bullets now jam.
After using corrosive Yugo rounds, bullets now jam and will not chamber. I have cleaned the barrel, and after an inspection it is mirror clean. Still the problem persists. Any suggestions as to what can be the problem.
I assume this is in an AK? Is the chamber clean? Did you clean the gas piston and tube?

More info would help. HOW do they jam? Double feed, bullets missing the chamber and hitting the barrel, stove pipe, not fully seating in the chamber, etc etc
Did you clean the rifle completely and throughly each time you fired the corrosive ammunition?
If not, have you examined the entire rifle for corrosion? Bolt? Carrier? ...?
Its a WASR AK. I have clean all the parts, I even read Windex would be best. Rounds start to chamber but stop half way. Its almost like I am using the wrong caliber.

If the casing is being dented that's probably caused by the bolt carrier.
I have to ask : Have you tried other mags?
When you strip the rifle down (receiver open- bolt out) - can you drop a casing into chamber, if the rifle
Is vertical? Or does it still stick?
Iff this does not work:
Take it to a smith
Ask someone from the board to meet you locally
check your chamber for a broken shell....if its not chambering and denting new casings in the middle, sounds like there is a broken shell in there.....
If there is a broken shell in there you do not need a broken shell extractor most of the time, take a larger bore brush such as a 45 cal and run it into the chamber, it will get stuck, pull it out and the shell should come with it. you know how when you use a brush to clean the barrel you cant pull it back until it goes out the other end. Works the same way, that is what I do, then if there is a broken shell, check your headspace it is possible it is out of spec.

+1 I had this exact problem on a sks.
Windex is not the best.
Hot water is.
And it sounds like you have a torn up case stuck in your chamber.
