Stuck Accessory on end of 74
I've got a comp/flash hider on my 74 and I cannot seem to get it off for the life of me. I've soaked it in Kroil and still no help, anyone have any other suggestions?
What kind of device?
No chance it's pinned or brazed on?
You are depressing the brake locking pin?
Usually you can break them loose if you insert a rod or round screwdriver handle through the device and unscrew it while you depress the locking pin on the sight base.
Badly frozen muzzle brakes is one reason you need to remove them and clean the muzzle and brake fairly often.
People worry about loose, wobbly AK brakes. A few shots and they tighten up from fouling.

I had some difficulty getting it off but it eventually broke loose. It still was tight and had started to rust. No damage to the crown, and re oiled. It will be fine.
