Problem Putting Bolt Carrier Back In

New Lancaster which I have a hard time getting the bolt carrier to go back in. It comes out OK but it takes a real lot of patience, can not help but think it is not supposed to be so difficult. It wont go straight down and requires endless fiddling to get it back in. Any tips appreciated, could the recieiver be just a little off? Made by NDS and put together by Lancaster. I have been very careful to insure the bolt itself is all the way forward in the carrier, have even gone so far to test just the carrier with no bolt and it still fights like a kid at bath time.

Measure the length of the cutouts for the carrier in the receiver and post the measurement.

All my bulgy builds require me to slant the rear of the BC slightly to the left, then press the right side down. I have a friend thats pretty damn good at building have hell w/ my bulgys until i told him. Thats just my experience, Poly is usually right 99.7% of the time... So he is WRONG alot (0.03%).
