I think that this sort of thing is important. We spend our hard earned money expecting quality products and good customer service. However in today's world that sort of thing seems to be harder to find. In our small community here at arfcom we rely on one another experience's with products and the companies related to the shooting world. in short, I had a Tipton cleaning rod and the threaded brass cap came off while cleaning the AR. I had it over a year, past the warranty. I figured what the hell and e-mailed Tipton. I explained what happened and to my surprise, they sent me a new one free of charge. That's awesome. Tipton gets a today.
