What tools are needed to remove and replace a barrel and handguards on an AR-15?

I have a RRA upper with their 16" varmint barrel. I want to take the existing barrel off. I'm going to either replace it with a different barrel or have this one turned down and put it back on.

Question 1 -
(a) What tools do I need to get the existing barrel and tubular hand guard off?
(b) What tools do I need to put the existing barrel and tubular hand guard back on?

Question 2 - If I replace it with a more conventional barrel, what tools do I need to install this after removal of the existing barrel per the above?

Question 3 - What tools do I need if I switch to a free float tube and mil-spec handguards?

Go to the Build it Yourself forum, directly above this one, and open the thread on Building Your Own Upper, Lower, ect. etc. which is tacked at the top of the page.

If you have any questions about working on your AR, those guys are the experts. Once you get it working and it's dirty, this is the place for help on keeping it spotless.
