Stuck Barrel Nut Tricks??

Trying to get off a factory Oly barrel, I have taken many off over the years but this sumbitch is welded on I swear...I have the DPMS wrench that engages 1/2 the teeth on the nut and I am still starting to bend them....over 100 lbs and not budging! Whats next, heat it? Comments?

quite probable they used loctite...
heat will break up the locktite some people have good results putting the upper in the freezer.

Use heat and a lot of swearing, that seems to work for me

Heat and a very good receiver restraint or you will break your receiver with that much torque.
