New POF P415 with problems NEVERMIND FELLA'S FOUND A OLD TOPIC PROBLEM SOLVED

Brand new shot it 40 times with no problems with PMC 55gr ammo and was super accurate , so then i decided to try some of my hand loads i shoot in my orther custom AR.
Needless to say i shouldn't have , 1st bullet got hung up as you can see. Any ideas how i can get it out of the chamber?? I have tried with some of my snap-on pick tools pushing the splines on the bolt over without any luck. The are stuck about half way . The carriers is lose but the bolt it stuck.
Any help or ideas would be great.
Problem is my hand loads may shoot in my other AR but the shoulder isn't size correctly for this gun since i can see where it locked up on the bullet once i removed it.
