stripped Roggio lower reciever?

Hi guys, I have a chance to pick up a new Roggio lower from a local shop for $70. It is reported to be black teflon coated and Mil Spec. I have to order it so I will be buying it without seeing it. I have read both good and bad about ROGGIO, what do those here think? Any first hand expiernece with ROGGIO lower recievers?...Thanks....<><....:)
P.S. - another shop has Anderson Arms lowers for $80, any expiernece with this brand?

Roggio had a problem with the threads for the receiver extension. First one I
assembled the extension screwed right in. Second one I tried two extension to find one that would
screw in. if you could check that, I think you would be fine.
