I am wanting to start a build and this is what I was going to get:

but they have this one on sale but the description says CMV. It is $50 cheaper.

Is there a difference? The descriptions almost sound identical it seems maybe one just doesnt have a logo? I am new to this so any help would be helpful
One has the option of adding a bolt for more money the other is stripped. But for just the upper one is 399 vs 349 but I dont see any spec differences. I did notice one says no logo you think that might be the reason for the sales price?
Those two are functionally identical, but the cheaper one has no logo and is on sale for $50 less.
