How to Pin and weld a Muzzle brake?

I tried searching and cant find anything on the topic. I need to perform this procedure but dont know the process. I am really picky and some of the jobs I have seen dont meet my standards, So I would rather perform this myself. Any how to's floating around? Pictures would be great! Thanks

Step 1: Call ADCO

Step 2: Send them your upper and a check.

Step 3: Wait for them to send it back.

Silly question but do you send them the upper AND the flash hider you'd like to have installed?
