Surefire E2e + Samson Evo + MBUS g.1 = what mount?
I use an x300 at the 12 o'clock in front of a Troy flip up on the SBR. I'd like my next build to be a 16 ltwt, using a 12 o'clock only rail, with an MBUS gen 1 sight and an e2e mounted in some way. Mount suggestions? Thanks!
I use a PLS-1 for my light. I think they have a smaller model for the E series. It will offset it from the rail so you can operate pushbutton easily. E2e isn't going to work for mounting on rifle. The bulb will be hot and it will blow. Malkoff drop-in with VME head is probably the best option.
Thanks for the info! I'll look into the LED upgrade or just swap the x300 around.
