Glad you are enjoying yours, I'd like to have one of these but I will happily wait a few months to make sure the battery drain issue is ACTUALLY IRONED OUT THIS TIME before I drop that kind of $$ for one. Pretty bad when an Eotech battery life could be considered as far superior. I only remove batteries from stuff when there's no way it's going to be used for a while, so having to remove it every time for me seems a bit absurd considering the pricetag.

Battery drain issue may or may not be there. Either way.. extra batteries are good to have one hand. They aren't that expensive anyways.

Here it is on the AAC 9" 300Blackout SBR.

I am forced to sell both of the units to complete another project along with my Surefire 951 kit 02. Maybe if they end up selling I can get another set in the future.

Sad but I have to do what I have to do.

How strong is the visible laser during the day? Is it even worth having?

Strong enough for 90-100 yards during broad daylight in bright sun, about 300-400 yards anywhere near the beginning of dusk or dawn, and farther than you can possibly see at night.

A real stunning pinpoint spot.

Took 12 empty 1/2 gallon juice jugs (1/2 gallon, not 1 gallon) and set them apart spaced out at 75 yards at 3PM in broad daylight, folded my stock in half, turned on the DBAL-I2, held the carbine at my hips and rapidly shot all 12 jugs without a miss in ten seconds.

Yeah, the visible laser is fantastic.

The IR laser is simply 100% stunning with NV gear.

No sooner do I get this laser dialed in target shooting today than a nice boar hog about 275 pounds shows up right after dark, one laser sighted round @ 175 yards bring home the bacon...

Man I am liking this DBAL-I2!!!!

Must have been in the CallofDuty game

Serously, they are sweet. I hated I sold mine sweet looking SBR as well.

The green aiming laser and Olight M3-X work extremely well out to 225 yards, able to shoot a ten round group <5" diameter using just the laser, no scope, sights, or NV equipment, just the laser and flashlight.
