I just bought a Surefire mini scout light with pressure switch, to be mounted on a MOE midlength stock.
Do you guys use the Magpul light mounting kit, or do you prefer to just purchase a single polymer rail section, or something else altogether?
I have the Magpul MOE Scout mount. It is designed specifically for the scout light. Very light, seems sturdy, locks up tight, and keeps the light very close to the handguards. It is also cantilevered to put the light farther forward. And only $9-10.

For all your MOE mounting needs.
Yup.
These guys have made railed fore ends essentially useless for me.

I used the single rail mounted onto the MOE. 5-7 section rail is pretty cheap.
IWC
Well made great CS, US made.
Well I was going to give a suggestion to check out IWC, but it seems I've been beaten.

THIS.
Lancelot and I have similar taste.

I'm not what I would call brand loyal, but I am loyal to things that work. I can't break them and they do what they are supposed to do. On MOE's or regular handguards, IWC is what I use.
