Streamlight SuperTac

Is anyone running a Streamlight SuperTac on their AR?

I have not found any other mount options other then what Streamlight has.

Well I just saw this:
TLR HP

And that pretty much solves my problem. TLR body, SuperTac reflector head. It will replace my TLR-1 as soon as I can get my hands on one!

Have a buddy who runs one, the throw is incredible!

I've got a Super Tac. It is a great light. Has a bad to the bone throw to it. I have not found another light that has been as good for me, doing night hunting ops. Being a .915 body, they are a bit of a pain to find mounts for though. L2B

It's a pretty big head for use on an AR.
I run a Polytac LED and am very happy with it, cheaper, more compact, lightweight, and still 130 lumens.

The advantage of the SuperTac is 200 lumens and the large head focuses the beam for a longer throw.
I am excited for the new TLR HP because it combines the compactness of the TLR series with the power and throw of the SuperTac

I played with one of these at SWAT Round Up, pretty impressive light.

Mine is on the way, although it might get replaced with a X300 Ultra if I can afford it.

I have a mount from IWC that's directly attaches to my TRX rail.

I used a bicycle tube wraped a few times around the light to take up the space and now it works like a champ

I no longer run this setup, but it is a SuperTac mounted to an AR. The throw was awesome, but I changed the way I grip the rifle and ditched the VFG set up. I run a 6P in a Gear Sector mount at 11 o'clock now.
