Plano double rifle hard case

Considering picking this case up and the reviews look pretty decent. Is it good enough for regular range visits and transporting? Not planning on flying with my rifles anytime soon.

If that's the one that was on sale at Walmart a few months ago, yeah it's really sturdy and will be fine for range transport. Was a steal at $40, not bad at ~$100 especially compared to Pelican.

The Walmart one was the 36" version during Black Friday. I think 42" would give me more room to work with and be A LOT easier to store 2 rifles + accessories. Don't know if I can wait another 8 months for it to "maybe" go on sale again or if I should just shell out the extra cash and get it now. Hate making these kinds of decisions..

I have an old plano case that is nothing fancy and it works just fine going to the range. That one looks like you could run it over with a pick up and for only $100 that sounds like a steal!

deviljon - you ever end up getting the case? been looking for the same thing - hard case for 2 ARs and was wondering if you liked it?

Haven't had the chance to pick one up as I'm still using my VooDoo Tactical bag for now. Going to look into ordering this still as I get closer to completion of my next build, but that may be a while from now. The reviews do look good though, so I will most likely still purchase this in the end. The Pelican cases are just too much for my needs. If you do order one, please post a review. Thanks!

Theres a thread on here about the plano case at walmart.
Supposedly, they were now stocking it. It was I believe $29 originally and now regular priced at $39.
