I just realized that two of the screws for my risr fell out at the range will larue replace them for me and if not is there any other way to get the replacements

Call em, they might just mail you some screws or tell you what size they are. Probably some common size machine screw you could find at a hardware store

Why should Larue replace them? Go to Home Depot, buy the screws and some blue loctite.
