Ok so i used to have an Aimpoint PRO....it was cool, yeah but just felt like it was lacking something....I personally like the eotechs reticle and window...but loved how the AP seemed simple and super rugged....

SO instead of asking which one i should get since opinions differ SO DRAMATICALLY (there is no right or wrong answer)

I AM WONDERING.......(Im looking at the XPS, or maybe the EXPS) ARE THESE just as DURABLE as Aimpoints?

I am not super hard on my weapons, but would like to know if I HAD TO BE they would be G2G 100%....ive looked for this question but couldnt find a definitive answer.

I know with my AP i had no worries, I guess, to me....the Eotechs LOOK (key word here) more fagile to me.....

So, other than battery life, really being the big difference here i think....will the Eotech XPS/EXPS be just as durable as an AIMPOINT PRO?

They are not real fragile IMO, I have seen picture of them beat all to hell and still working. Plus the military has contracts for them so it's not like it's fine china. From all the reading I did it seems like the bigger question is will it power up, seems like most people have problems them just crapping out. Depending on where you live I have a exps2 of you would like to try it out ( I'm in cincy).

They are in use in the sandbox so yeah I'd say they are rugged enough. The problems come from the electronics of older units.
