My optic is at least 3-4 years old.

Its seen thousands of rounds mounted on an ultimak on my 74, it got VERY hot, nay an issue.

Its seen another couple of thousand rounds on my Spikes.

Now I've got it on my current build, and just changed the battery, cause it was $1.99 at kroger, not that it needed it.

For my needs (plinking, fun, etc...) it serves a great purpose. I'd even use it in an HD or SHTF situation, worse case I'll just use my irons.
