The millet dms optics. How do you like them? It's between a burris tac 30 and a millet dms with the donut reticle for me on my 6x45 build.
Anyone with experience with both optics? How do they compare?

I'd go with the Burris over the Millet DMS personally.
There's a thread here that shows a DMS mounted to weapon that was sitting on a bench rest. Someone bumped the weapon, the weapon turned over on its side and the whole ocular end broke. Such a small incident caused it to break and be completely useless. I'm trying to find the thread, but no luck so far.
At the time I was just about to buy a DMS for a Ruger 10/22, but something that weak will not be on any of my weapons.

from what i have read the millet sucks..get the burris tac 30

The reticle was awesome, but it is heavy and big.
Greg3 dislikes them because his tipped over from a rifle stand and fell about 8" onto the concrete rifle bench and the tube bent rear bell housing joint IIRC.
The Tac30 is what I moved to and although the reticle is more busy and the illumincation a litle harder to activate, it seems to be a better built scope with good glass, plus smaller and lighter.
