I have the Optics ready carbine. Its a flat top. I have tried a couple different sights with no luck. Can anyone reccomend sights that actually work with the gas block and flat top? Even if its a carry handle and a front sight? Im not even worried about co witnessing to an optic anymore just a set of sights that line up properly and arent junk.

On another note if anyone kows what the proper quick release sling swivel is that would be great. 2 local shops and a big name store sell the rifle yet no one has the sling swivel for them.

Troy Industries make some real nice sights in my opinion. They should work, if any questions contact the company, they are very helpful.

Iron Sights (front and rear) needed for S&W M&P 15OR .223 Carbine 16" Flat top

3 of them will be same plain flat top ready. took me a good bit of research. this was my first ar15 ever and I love it.

i love iron sights but was not going to buy them for 200 when I can get a spikes tactical upper for 500 with a front site.

I shocked myself when I decided to just go with a scope only... I have only been out once to do ready ups but I have been shooting it at 2x with 2 eyes open like a red dot and it has been working. I practice around the house, too. this is th emost money i have ever spent on a scope.

I am happy I went with this 2x7 viper LIFETIME UNLIMITED WARRANTY FROM VORTEX! no proof of purchase needed.
