Keeping pmags loaded
Searched a bit and couldn't find anything. I know my 1911 mags should be rested once in a while. How about magpul pmags? Can I keep these mags fully loaded? Perhaps half loaded? These ate 30rd mags

I keep mine loaded with the clip thing on that keeps the rounds from touching the feedlips.
I think thats what I'm going to do. Just making sure this is not going to Weaken the spring causing feeding issues
Mag springs generally don't weaken from being compressed (loaded). Repeated cycling is what wears springs. Keep your mags fully loaded and don't worry about it. Honestly, they wouldn't be much use if they couldn't be kept loaded.
Pmags can be left loaded for pretty much ever, like any other AR mag.
But if you have the dust covers it sure doesn't hurt to use them.
But please only load 30 rounds, way too many problems have come about from people stuffing 31 rounds in a pmag and wondering why they don't work.

Magazines resting and eating other mags????
P-Mags are designed to be kept loaded for extended periods of time.

Yep. Shouldn't be a problem at all.
All good,
quality mags are designed to be stored fully loaded.
Keep them all loaded. What good is an empty mag if poo gets crazy.

The snap cap keeps pressure away from the feed lips. I don;t get the whole deal with "downloading" mags (as in keeping the magazines to 28-29 rounds). Never has any issues with any of my PMags, including the newer "Rev M" mags.
