 Recent XM193BK experiences

My local fleet store has a few cases of XM193BK on the shelf stamped 2011 and 2012. In light of the increasing prices, I am tempted to pick some up for practice and SHTF, but am a little concerned with some of the older reviews. I did a search but didn't come up with anything recent on the bulk packed Fed/LC XM193BK. The old thread on the XM193PD seemed to indicate quite a few issues. Any insight if the issues have been resolved with the newer ammo?

Thanks,
Mike

Personally I think it is the chambers on some of the rifles, and not the ammo, but that's me.

Buy It
Shoot It
Dont Worry
Be Happy

I've uesd the stuff for the last year with no issues in one Piston Hogan, two Colts, and one DPMS.
Try it and lets us know with a report.

I've been through 2 and 1/2 cases so far this year of XM193. No problems. Its not the most accurate, but I can still get 2 MOA 10 round groups at 100 yards with a T-1 on a SR-15.

Pretty consistent 2, sometimes 2.5 MOA. The range is built like a concrete bathtub, so there's no wind, lighting kind of sucks though. Its always way too bright.
