New to the forum and new to the AR15 world. Recently purchased a Del-Ton 5.56 and been adding accessories. I would like a .22 conversion kit for it but there seems to be lots to choose from. Any direction would be appreciated.
PS. Don't want to spend a bunch of money...like most folks!

thanks

Check out CMMG 22 conversion. These generally shoot better groups out of slower twist barrels ie, 1 in 12, 1 in 10 , 1 in 9 generally better than 1 in 8 & 1 in 7 twist. All are good for plinking and shooting steel siloheuette targets and plinking. The last kits I've I ordered from Palmetto State Armory. They have good prices and fair shipping prices. A lot of people like the stainless steel models and supposedly need less lube and break in. All I've ever used were the blued/parkerized models and have very good service.

Check out the rimfire and pistol AR 15 section here on AR-15.com, gobs of info and pictures there.

Best price that I've found. Excellent reviews from reputable reviewers on YouTube. Just got mine in, haven't had the chance to test fir it yet. For just a little more you can get the stainless version.
