Mods done and Gun is up for duty.

Magpul ACS Stock, Magpul ASAP plate, MS2 Sling, Norgon Ambi Mag release, Spikes Ambi Selector, Aimpoint Micro w Larue 660 mount, Haley Strategic thorntail with Surefire M600C, Surefire SR07 Switch , PWS YHM comp, YHM Suppressor. BCM Gunfighter

No safe queen here this one is being pressed into service with my department.  Retired my 870 in favor of the carbine and finally got in the last parts I wanted, ( as if there is really a last part). hands down best shooting AR Style rifle I have ever owned. Wish it was a bit lighter with the can hanging on the end of it but I wouldn't sacrifice the accuracy for a lighter barrel. If you have any question on which Piston AR to buy I gotta say that LWRC really made sense to me. There is a great Review by Nutnfancy on LWRC and after handling both the POF 415 and this one I felt that LWRC was better balanced and had a slightly better trigger feel. Best purchase of the decade for me.

Yea after the first 200 rounds using just irons I was really impressed. I went from a SCAR 16 s to this rifle and I was concerned about the added weight. Once I got into shooting it I can safely say its no issue at all. The trigger on this rifle alone just got me, lwrc has really put together a nice rifle, and now I hear the A3 is done and they are moving on with another gas block instead of this one. Lol...I have a discontinued model in a discontinued finish.

And if you put it out there you could probably get full MSRP for it now. I know a lot of people who put a premium on that finish.

nice shooter man. MRE is the tits....such a shame a bunch of crybabies ruined it for the rest of us. I'm never letting my M6A2 MRE go for anything (or my black and tan M6A2).

Yea the MRE anodized finish is awesome. Some guys are asking for Burnt Bronze Cerakote in the new ones it's pretty close to the MRE

That's almost exactly how I have mine set up! I have a 10.5" in coyote tan with an LMT SOPMOD but other than that it's nearly identical. I love mine.

In case you had any reservations about the rifle, I'd like to reassure you. I had some issues with mine when I first got it. I called LWRC, they sent me a shipping label, and I sent the rifle back. Their turnaround time was two days, it came back to me with a brand new barrel and bolt, and I didn't pay a dime. It's functioned flawlessly ever since, most reliable carbine I own so far. LWRC is serious about their reputation.

No reservations at all I went and hooked up with lwrc forum and found out a lot about the company , their hardware, and philosophy. Talked about professional use and their history of performance. Even learned about Ni corr treatment and the resulting surface hardness inside and outside the barrel. They are on point as far as I'm concerned.

yeah it is very close. I just got a Rainer Arms Evo rail cerakoted in the Burnt Bronze. Placed it on my MRE m6a2 and it's pretty darn close.
