Looking to Have Noveske SPR Barrel Melonited/QPQd/Nitrocarburized

Hello All:
I want to have a new in box stainless Noveske SPR barrel either Melonited, QPQ'd or Nitrocarburized. It does have the barrel extension installed, and the gas block installed. The purpose is to extend barrel life.
1. Is there a functional difference in the types of treatment.
2. Is there a better treatment available
3. What company is capable of disassembling it, properly preparing it, sending it off for treatment and reassembly?
I am looking for someone to get it done right.
