Geissele S3g
I know there are plenty of threads out there, but I just want to get opinions based on what my uses will be. I'm looking for a trigger with a short pull and a short reset and crisp break with a 4.5 pound pull. This will be for rapid engagement, run and gun, tactical training, etc. Basically an all around tactical rifle, while still maintaining the most accuracy possible. I talked to Bill Geissele and he said if I order direct he could put heavier springs in. From the description on the site it sounds like the trigger is unpredictable. I just want to make sure when it breaks it isn't "spongy." What are your guys' thoughts on this trigger based on what it will be used for? I don't do 3 gun competitions but it seemed like the best trigger based on my uses.
