A list of manufacturers that I have confirmed so far

In April 2007, Toolcraft Inc. got a five-year contract with the U.S. Department of Defense to make the key and bolt carrier assemblies for the M-16 rifle. Under that contract, Toolcraft would make 700,000 key and bolt carrier assemblies for the Army.
On Monday, Ray Porter, owner and president of Toolcraft, said his firm has landed new contracts to make the same part for two firearms manufacturers, Bushmaster and DPMS.
