Tell me about Centurion Arms barrels
Anybody have one?
I saw them on Rainiers website. I've only found a couple of reviews online.
They were good reviews, but want to hear from someone here.
I have not, but I do have one of their rail systems. It is very well made - the most solid I've seen that uses a factory barrel nut.
Centurion Arms is a fairly new company that is quickly building a reputation for producing some of the best rails and barrels available. You probably won't find many reviews of their barrels yet. I've read some discussion stating that they are made by FN. That is likely since they are made from "machine gun steel" and have a double thickness chrome lining. One thing I found interesting is they have a tapered bore. I just bought a 14.5" mid-length but it will be a while before I can give a range report. So far the only thing I can tell you is they are expensive. The company is owned by an active duty Navy SEAL so you will be supporting one of the good guys

Yep, LaMonte LeClair.

I did read that. It is what made me start looking into them more.
I have had a Centurion 14.5 lw ml bbl for a couple years now. I can't give you any solid data on accuracy, but the bullets go where I tell them, repeatedly. This barrel makes me look like I know what I'm doing.
I wonder if their good to go for suppressors.
Ive been eying their 12.5 barrel
Just in case someone is having a hard time finding them, their website is now www.centurionarms.net used to be .com but it expired and someone stole it before he could renew it.
I have a Centurion 14.5" middy barrel and rail on one of mine... never misses a beat and plenty accurate.
FN Cold Hammer Forged Barrels.....can't go wrong with them
