Top Brand AR15 Barrel Makers?

I''m in the process of building an AR.

I want the barrel to be 16" long, govt profile or heavy, with midlength gas system. Probably have a threaded muzzle so I can put a suppressor on it...

So what are my best choices?

ETA: I also dont want it to have an FSB. I just plan on putting fold up front site on the rail.

Most just go with whoever charges the most.

I don't believe the more expensive = better quality.

Just some names, Krieger, Douglas, Noveske, White Oak Armament, Lothar-Walther, Rainier Arms.

JP Enterprises has top notch barrels

I have a Daniel Defense barrel. I am very happy with it. Very well made.

daniel defense are top brand barrels.

Krieger barrels are about the best you can find. I don't say that just because my son works there making barrels.

Our last name happens to be Douglas, but we're not related to that barrel maker family.

Never had any problems with Noveske,very accurate.

I'm very happy with my CHF FN

What would you guys say the best $200 or less barrel is?
