Where have all the parts went?
Is it just me or does it seem like every election year blackrifle parts and ammo dry up followed by an increase in price for a couple years, then just when the prices get back to normal and supplies are full it all starts over again! I picked a really bad time to start a couple project guns! Ive been through dozens of suppliers and everything is showing out of stock! Went to a local shop the other day to pick up some ammo, the black box American Eagle nothing fancy, bought a bunch a month ago for $6 a box and he had cases of it in the back, now he has about a 1000 rounds left and its $15 a box and he has no idea when he will be able to get anymore! Finaly found a 7.62X39 barrel and bolt from an individual, still looking for a 300 BLK barrel, talked to one distributor they said we'll put you on the list but the lady tells me the list is a long one and they are only expecting 50 barrels when and if they ever get there!
Same as last time, give it a few months after the election and it will be better.
