Can I put one of these on an Original Colt AR-15 SP II ? If so, where can I get one at a good price?

Yes you can. Everybody sells them for around the same price. A cheaper price does not necessarily mean that after shipping costs your final price will be cheaper. Stick with Pete at Legal Transfers. He will not gouge you on shipping charges and he backs what he sells 100%.
