Do your 6.8 upper assm. have the spc II chamber, what twist is the barrel and do they have m4 feedramps? Thanks!

I was at the shop and picked up one of their complete uppers. The twist rate is 1:10 now I guess, I got a neg on the chamber. I wonder why they haven't gone with the spcII chambering now. They are loosing business w/o the new chambering. It is a win win.

Our 6.8 barrels do and have had the spc II chamber other than the first batch or two that had the saami spec chamber when the caliber started. We have reconfirmed with Shaw that our barrels have had that chamber. I believe that when the question came up originally, someone asked here and looked at old info and relayed that answer. It's hard to get rid of old info once it gets in the system. I apologize for any confusion that may have arose from the misinformation.

Now thatyou have cleared up the chambering question... what is the correct twist rate? Are you still doing the chrome lined barrels? What is the availability of 16 and 20 inch barrels?

Those are 1x10 twist, we are still offering chrome lined barrels for those, however they are currently backordered. We currently have chrome moly 20" with sight towers installed and a couple with gas blocks.

Are there plans to start offering 1x11 twist?
I must admit, I got 2 DS4 kits last year, and I like them.
Really want a 6.8 flatop with 16" barrel.

We have not had any requests on 1x11 twist 6.8's, so they are not currently in the plans.

Are chromelined bores a standard item on the 6.8's?

Standard is 4140 chrome moly on those, chrome lining is a $50 upgrade.
