What is the finish on the Lowers?
Hardcoat anodized under teflon.

Are the lowers glossy teflon or matte? All the parts kits I have purchased the last couple months have glossy teflon on the upper. When will the matte finish upper with white T-marks be available?

Right now what I have are glossy, I do not currently have an ETA on the matte with white T marks.
