I'm a little fustrated with Troys customer service.

I ordered the Troy MRF-RX 13.8 rail on the 5th of July during the 20% off sale. I received a email confirmation, and on the 7th I received another email stating that my item was back ordered (No big deal, I'm a reasonable person) and that I would need to call if I wanted an ETA of when that order would be ready. I gave it a week and called, no ETA, I was told I would receive an email the next day with an ETA. No email. Well today I call back, 20 days after being informed of the back order trying to get an ETA. I was told "sorry no ETA, call back in a week".
Well I can't call back in a week because I'm deploying, Now my wife will have to keep this on her plate as well, even though she could probably care less about a rail system.

I'm in the same boat on a DPMS HP rail. I've had it back ordered since June. I wish I could get a no bull shit answer. I feel like we're being strung along on these particular rails to keep our interest peaked with promises of we should know something in a week, then another week and so on.
Guys can we get a no bull shit ETA on these? I'm a long time customer and have your rails on all my rifles thus I've been a loyal customer so I'm just asking for the same loyalty from you to your customers by providing some answers.

Hey guys I apologize for the confusion with the handguards. We hit a bit of a snag in our production process but we are working hard on trying to get everything back in stock. Looks like we should have both handguards around the end of September. I know it's a long time but I would be more than happy to work with you guys on finding a replacement product that would work. Thanks for the info. That wait sucks but for my build its the only rail I want to use so I guess I need to suck it up and wait.

Any chance the rails will be done sooner? How come they're back ordered for so long? Did you guys have a big contract to fill?
