I was cleaning weapons last night and noticed this on my Omegas

My two DD Omega 7 rails are labeled differently. I did a little research, but too many opinions on what is real, replicas or Airsoft junk. What say you, Daniel Defense?
Omega #1 Flag is backwards, Black Creek, Georgia and Omega with no omega symbol.
Omega #2 Flag facing forward, Savannah, Georgia, Omega symbol only.
These were both bought years apart, so I'm hoping it's just a move to a new location and a new logo??

I believe there was a thread a while back explaining how dd had changed their markings over the years. BTW the field should be toward the front of the gun to be considered forward, otherwise it is retreating.

It may appear the flag is backwards but it is not. The stars always face forward and They never retreat.

I'm aware of this. I just meant they are different on both my rails.

I believe I read that they moved their headquarters to Black Creek, so your picture on top would be the newer model. ...And the flag would be positioned correctly.

That would make sense. The the rail in the top pic was purchased a couple of years apart from the rail in the bottom pic.

Both rails are genuine, just variations in the markings due to when the rails were manufactured.

an easy way to remember which way the flag goes is also,Stars and Stripes Lead the Way. stars lead,makes sense to me.

There was no dispute which way the flag goes. I'm aware stars lead the way. It was just the different markings. Thanks.
