USAFSOC Pararescue is not using the standard Block 2 SOPMOD kit. They seem to have developed their own "version" of the SOPMOD kit for their M4A1s including:

Surefire FA556 suppressors (vice KAC NT4 QDSS), both FH and MB mounts are being used. Don't recall off the top of my head whether they're the SA, K, or -212 model.

DD Omega 7.0 Drop-In FF RAS (vice DD M4A1 RIS II)

Aimpoint Comp M4 and T1 (vice AN/SU-231 ECOS-N HWS - EOTech 553)

Aimpoint 3x Magnifiers on twist mounts

Tango Down BGV-MK46 FDE (vice Tango Down BGV-ITI FDE)

Surefire M951XM07 and M600A (vice AN/SU-233 VBL III - Insight M3X-000-A20)

Vltor Clubfoot Modstock - FDE and TD BG-16s also seem to be popular, though so do standard stocks and SOPMOD stocks.

The usual warnings involving "standard" apply, of course. Individual weapons vary based on older issued gear, personal gear, and personal preference.

Interestingly enough, however, CCT seems to be using the "standard" SOPMOD kit.
