Today is Day 90 for my BB2522 Elite Operator

Well gentlemen today is the 90th day of my build. With any luck it has been put on a truck and shipped. Well provided that my FFL ordered it the day I placed the order, RRA has not run into any parts shortages or rush government contracts and such. So just for fun when do we think it will arrive ( arrive being defined as when I get the call from my FFL saying come pick it up)
Knowing my luck I am going to say June 29th I will get the call.

Anyone aware of any 16 barrel shortages at RRA during the past 4 months ?

It's a relative shortage. W get barrels in constantly, but the quantity of orders exceeds the quantity of barrels of certain specific types at times, creating back orders. Coupled with being a build-to-order manufacturer, it drives the "normal" lead time out a little longer than we would like, but still no where near where it was throughout late '08 and most of '09.

At 90 +8 I woke this morning to an email from my FFL that it shipped Friday and should be in my hands tomorrow.

Im on day 83 for my lar-8 predator hp.

There was a minor issue with my order (doh) and the folks at RRA and my FFL have gotten it resolved so I hope to be posting pictures soon.

I picked up my Rifle yesterday. Let me tell its just awesome. The finish on the rifle is perfect, the fit is seamless, the feel is solid. Well worth it. The 2 factory magazines that came with the rifle looked like they say a bit of action, just cosmetic marks, but I have to admit the magazines my father took out of storage that he had left over from his days as a Marine looked to have faired better, but hey 12 bonus colt magazines from dad is always a good bonus. Just need to order some green followers.
