I figured I would share a really GOOD customer service experience with everyone.
On 2/21 I ordered several cans of Alumahyde II in various colors from Brownells along with some other goodies. Well the cans and everything else showed up pretty quickly and since the parts and frame of the firearm to be coated were already prepped (bead blasted) and cleaned I started the coating process a couple of days later. Unfortunately I was only able to spray about 6 small parts and about half the frame before the can just stopped spraying for no apparent reason. I have used this product before and a pretty vigorous shaking of the can before and continually during the coating process is needed to keep the product mixed well and spraying properly ... which I did. So I figured a coagulated chunk of the stuff in the can got stuck in the nozzle or something (tried cleaning it but that didn't work) so on 3/4 I contacted CS to tell them what happened expecting them to probably just send me a new nozzle or two for the can I had and today I get this in an e-mail.....

So not only are they sending me a brand spanking new full can of the color in question (yeehaw!! ... more projects) but they are also sending me a 12 pack of replacement nozzles at absolutely no charge.
This was my first experience with Brownells CS and I have to say this had to be the easiest CS interaction I have EVER
had ... I just sent them the order number and product SKU number with a quick explanation of the problem and BAM!!!
