I recently purchased a part from Brownells. Some specs were out on the part. As i tried to back out of the install, the new part and my rem 1100 carrier were damaged due to the issue.

I called Brownells, talked to CS. She conferenced our call with a Brownells gun tech. After listening to my explanation of the issue and the steps i took, they agreed that something wasn't right with the part I received. They sent me a replacement for the new part and a replacement carrier assembly for my 1100. I was hoping for a replacement for the new part. Replacing the carrier was a pleasant offer. Most businesses will only replace the item purchased, but Brownells wanted to make it right.

The parts were in my mailbox 2 days after the call.

I rarely have pleasant experience with any customer service. This customer service call was the best handled CS calls I have made in many many years.

Thanks Brownells for being a stand up company.

Love 'em. Great company, excellent service. Gun techs are AWESOME!!!
