 Great mags - Thanks Kevin

I placed a order for 10 BDM Smoke color Ar15 22 mags. I like the smoke color b/c I can see how many rounds I've loaded while I'm watching TV. What I got was 10 black mags. No big deal right, good mags, except it wasn't what I ordered. When I called today I was told I could ship them back and they would ship me the correct mags. When I asked about shipping cost I was told I would have to pay for return shipping. Not very happy about having to pay for return shipping to ship back something I did not order to receive the items I did order. Looks like I'm going to be keeping them. Kind-of angry about the CS, but they make great mags. I have 17 of their AR15 22 mags and their 50 round drum. Not sure I will ever order from them again though.

Just venting.

I dont know who told you that, but if we shipped it wrong its on us-not you. Let me fix it for you.

Kevin,

Thanks for the FAST response getting this resolved. I really appreciate it. I like your product alot and have enough mags to load a complete box of value pack ammo now (which is what I was trying to achieve). Thats a lot of bullets to load, so I load them while watching TV and of course tend to loose count of what Ive loaded, hence why I prefer the smoke colored mags.

This is Racheal, has this matter been resolved? Kevin is hunting for the day and I want to make sure you have been taken care of. We will definately pay for the mags to be shipped back to us. Here is my email if you can send me your info, I would like to get the correct colored mags shipped out asap.

I was going to tell you don't sweat the small stuff and call them up and they will make it right. Black Dog is one of the better company's with customer service that's why I recommend them over CMMG mags and they are good people to deal with. Instead of venting here online why didn't you look at their feedback here on this site and you would have found out they take care of people.

yes, Kevin said he was taking care of it. We sent emails back and forth last night and cleared it up.

And Billsfan, try reading the post again. I DID CALL THEM FIRST BEFORE POSTING.

Tell Kevin to have a good hunt, Im not making it to the woods untill this weekend.

I'm not able to reach Kevin because he is out of cell service. I asked shipping if they sent 10 smoke mags to fix an incorrect order and they were not aware of anything yet. I am not able to check on the order at all because I am lacking contact information. I'm just concerned and am really egar to get this fixed today for you.
