I ordered a Blem red dot and a Weapon light from PA on the 10th. Had it in hand on the 13.(there was a sunday in there) open everything up and there is a slight problem with the alignment on the red dot. I call PA the next day at 2pm EST. they are very apologetic and tell me that they will ship a new one and there will be a return shipping label in the box. today the 16th I have a new Red dot in hand. It is working flawlessly. HOW CAN THEY SHIP SO FAST!? HOW CAN CS BE THIS GOOD ON THINGS THIS REASONABLY PRICED?

I don't know, but maybe there is something in the water in Pearland, TX.
However it happens, keep up the good work.

They did that for me too. I got a product in the mail today, and it was all kinds of broken. I called PA and they said they would send me a new one along with a shipping label, and I should send back the broken one when the new one gets to me.
