 New PA Microdot arrived today, question

I worked late tonight and didn’t get in to I can call them, but the front lens looks like its tilted, I’m guessing that this is not right?

I have two of them and they are tilted also, so I would assume it is normal since they were ordered 8 months apart.

I never noticed it until you posted.

I'm a dope its even on their FAQ...

Q: My Micro Dot has a canted lens, is that normal?

Yes, this is by design and is required to reflect the emitter light back to the user in the form of the aiming dot.

Plus probably the added benefit of a target not seeing the glare from the front lens ?

I don't think you're a dope. I never really inspected mine and never owned a micro Aimpoint.

All I know is they are inexpensive, they work and their CS is excellent from what I've seen here.
