2 questiosn about lower receivers and shipping

1: How much does the shipping cost on the completed lower receiver?
2: Are the lower receivers milled to mil-spec? I didn't see anything on DSArms website that said so.

You would have to call for shipping costs. Mil-spec really does not apply to a semi-auto lower as it is missing the full-auto related cuts.
