I just felt I should comment on this because in this day and age it is unusual to have this happen. The other day I called DSA to verify if a used SA58 I had bought was indeed a factory assembled rifle. The gentleman on the phone asked for the serial number and said he would call me back in a few days with an answer. I figured I would never get a call back. Low and behold in about an hour I received a phone call from DSA. It was the same gentleman who I had given the serial number to. He gave me the answer I was looking for as well as details on my rifle. Its the little things like this that impress me. Anyway, thanks DSA I look forward to buying your products in the future.

I'm glad you had a good experience. I wish I could agree with you, but unfortunately, I can't seem to get anyone to respond to my repeated emails requesting information about a rifle I'd like to purchase.
Had some questions regarding the STG58 or other rifles, and upon my initial phone call the representative suggested I send an email. Got one reply with monosyllabic responses to some of the questions I asked in my email. When I asked follow-up questions and requested clarification, never heard back from them. Tried resending several times over the course of a few weeks, same thing. While the representative on the phone (Jessica?) was very professional and courteous, I couldn't get anyone to respond to my emails other than the short, curt answers to my first.
