So I finally got my order in today. I ordered a black dog Ruger Mark 22 holster and a Ultimate Cliploader. To make a long story short the cliploader failed to work, maybe I can clean it out as it appers to have manufacturing debris inside of it preventing it from working properly. Now after this it would apparently seem that I am the unluckiest individual on the planet. I return to my lovely cardboard box to get my holster out and the first thing I notice is the package is wrapped in tape and has been previously opened and obviously tampered with cause guess what...there aint no instructions in the package so now I can only guess on how to set up the holster retention and how to change the paddles....I haven't been able to find instruction on the net as of yet either...like I should have to hunt them down

can't help you on the holster. but, in regards to the loader, call them on monday saying you are sending it back for another one.
I just hoped you paid by credit card, in case they get stupid on you and refuse the return, or don't send a replacemen after you sent the screwed up one, in which case you tell them if they don't make it right you will dispute the charge to your CC company. I bet they will make it right then.
